Friary Vaults too strong for Bohemians

Congratulations to Friary Vaults who tonight progressed to the Cup Final on Friday following a convincing victory at Dean Cross. Put into bat Friary Vaults amassed 150 for 5 in their 18 overs with Wood topping the scoring with 55, Mackay 36 and Rowbotham 21. The pick of the Yelverton Bohemians bowling was Van Niekerk with 2 for 33 with Dtabin Joseph and Steve Colmer grabbing a wicket each.
Yelverton started steadily but could not get on top of some rapid bowling despite a breezy 34 from Richard West towards the end. Keller with 3 for 28 was the pick of the bowlers with Carter putting the brakes on the scoring with 1-18 off 5 overs.
